Refund policy
No refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges under any circumstance. Payment can not be returned for any reason. Once order has been made it can not be changed under any circumstance.
If your piece becomes broken please email us to set up a repair or revamp. You pay return shipping and we will cover shipping back to you. The repair/revamp is free of charge. If the piece is beyond recognition and repair you may be asked to give payment for materials and labor. If the piece is missing more than 2-3 small pieces you will be asked to pay for the missing materials so they may be replaced. PearlHouse maintains the right to reject any repair/revamp.
A repair will be made with the closest matching materials to the original. Many materials are no longer available after installation, as our inventory is constantly changing and many items are one of a kind. We can communicate what works best for you.
The revamp process includes a full reconstruction of your piece. You ship the piece back to us, choose your style (necklace, earrings, bracelet), and we recreate your piece into something new. The recreation is fully artist choice. The end result is a surprise upon being returned to you. This process allows you to have a new piece of jewelry, is better for the environment and keeps your collection consistently transforming.
Rental Policy:
- items are paid for in full and upon safe return 3/4ths of original price is returned
- If items are returned dirty, damaged or broken the cost of the repairs is taken from the original payment on top of the 1/4th rental charge
- If the item is beyond repair the item is returned to the renter and full payment is kept.
- Examples of beyond repair:
- item is covered in sunscreen, glitter or makeup
- item is missing key pieces
- item is destroyed beyond recognition
- item smells like smoke
